From October 1, price increase for mobile communication: what will change for subscribers.
According to inkorr.com: From October 1, 2025, Ukrainians will face an increase in mobile communication prices as major operators review their tariff plans. For example,
'Kyivstar'announced a price increase for some tariffs, while
'Vodafone'is changing the names of tariffs, but without increasing prices.
'Kyivstar' raises mobile communication tariffs again
'Kyivstar'is increasing prices for tariffs that have not been reviewed for more than a year. Starting from September 24, prepaid customers will pay:
LOVE UA Light 2023 — 300 UAH for 4 weeks;
With superpower Economy — 225 UAH for 4 weeks.
From October 1, the contract tariff LOVE UA Contract will cost 250 UAH per month. The company noted that the price increase is due to rising costs of electricity, the increasing price of fuel for generators, as well as inflation and changes in the exchange rate.

'Kyivstar'stated.
'Vodafone' does not increase tariffs from October 1
In turn,
'Vodafone'does not change tariffs but only updates the names of some of them from September 25. The terms and prices for subscribers remain unchanged, which the company informed its clients.
Lifecell operator also raises prices from October 1
Some
lifecell tariff plansand services will be canceled, and prices for several special offers will increase. For example, the tariff plans 'Unified Network Premium 30' and 'Unified Network Premium 30 Prepayment' will cost 40 UAH instead of 30 UAH from October 1, 2025.
Changes in operators' tariffs reflect overall economic challenges in Ukraine, particularly rising costs of energy resources and inflation. Despite this, operators are trying to maintain the quality of communication and expand offers for their customers.
