According to Novyny.live: Starting February 3, 2026, the procedure for making electronic appointments at service centers of Ukraine's Ministry of Internal Affairs has been updated. The new system, which operates through self-service terminals, now allows users to select a specific appointment time, a change designed to streamline the process of obtaining government services.
Under the new rules, users can view the exact available appointment slots and the number of openings. This enables more effective planning for visits to the service centers. Legal entities are now limited to six bookings per day, offering greater flexibility in scheduling their inquiries. Meanwhile, private individuals can make a maximum of four bookings per month. This innovation aims to optimize the citizen service process and reduce queues at the centers.
Benefits of the Updated Booking Platform
It is important to note that appointments can be made up to 21 days in advance. This allows Ukrainian citizens to plan their visits ahead of time, which should also help reduce the load on centers during peak periods. This reform is part of a broader digital transformation of public services in Ukraine, moving away from paper-based systems.
