President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky announced that during his visit to the USA, he held official meetings with presidents and leaders of other countries.

The President also met with the Secretary General of the Organization of American States Luis Almagro and discussed issues of security and peace in the world. They discussed how to maintain the unity of the global community and make global efforts more effective.

Zelensky also met with Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida and thanked Japan for its support and new energy assistance package. He noted that this package will be announced in the coming days.

The meeting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi was the third meeting between them. Zelensky noted that they are actively developing relations and working together to strengthen cooperation in various fields.

Zelensky also met with Paraguayan President Santiago Peña and told him about the results of the first Peace Summit. He expressed hope that Paraguay will participate in the second summit.

The President began his visit to the USA by visiting an army ammunition plant in the state of Pennsylvania. This plant is key in the production of ammunition for artillery and mortars, which are necessary for Ukraine in the context of the war with Russia.

During Zelensky's visit to the USA, a meeting with President Joe Biden and the discussion of support for Ukraine in the military and economic spheres is also planned.
