From today: Zelensky commented on the agreements with the USA in Saudi Arabia.

Ukraine and Russia have reached an agreement on a ceasefire in the Black Sea and a ban on strikes on energy infrastructure. This was announced by the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, after an official statement from the USA. He detailed the agreements reached and pointed out the discrepancies between the positions of both countries.
Zelensky reported that Ukraine has provided Russia with a list of facilities that must be protected from strikes. He also mentioned that third countries, including Turkey and Middle Eastern countries, are planned to be involved in monitoring the implementation of the agreement.
The Kremlin published its statement, noting that the points regarding security and the restoration of agricultural product exports from Russia will take effect after the sanctions are lifted. An agreement was also reached regarding subsoil resources, which does not address the issue of Ukrainian nuclear power plants.
