• children under 16 years old;

• persons with disabilities of groups I and II;

• liquidators of the Chernobyl disaster (categories I and II).

According to the rules, during amateur fishing, it is allowed to use up to five hooks per person, while members of fishing organizations can use up to ten. Children under 16 can only catch fish from the shore if they are not accompanied by adults.
