SBU Expert: Real Security Guarantees for Ukraine Are the Production of Boeing and Palantir.
Ensuring security in Ukraine can become more effective through the placement of American production facilities on its territory, believes military analyst Ivan Stupak. He noted that history shows that 'paper' guarantees can be unreliable, as agreements can be canceled in case of situational need.
“For example, in May, the new administration of President Trump instantly changed the terms of previously concluded agreements. The supply of weapons that were to be produced in the USA at the expense of American taxpayers for Ukraine was agreed at the level of the White House and Senate. However, this weapon was redirected to Israel. This shows that when situational necessity arises, any agreements can be canceled. A country that provides guarantees can change them at any moment if circumstances require,” he emphasized.
Stupak believes that stable and effective security guarantees for Ukraine can be ensured through the placement of production facilities of large international companies such as Boeing or Palantir on its territory. This is seen as a step towards building mutually beneficial cooperation and ensuring effective security. However, an important element remains the actual presence of production and partners on site. Some analysts believe that Russia avoids attacking facilities that may belong to its important international allies, which confirms the importance of the strategy in the field of guaranteeing security.
