In 2025, the - for specialists without a category, the base rate for a full working month (or hourly norm) will be UAH 25,000, including allowances and bonuses. For specialists of the first and second categories, the payment will be higher. Additional allowances for actual working time include:

• up to 50% of the salary for special working conditions;

• up to 50% of the salary for complex and strenuous work.
