According to inkorr.com: The police of the Pomeranian Voivodeship detained a 42-year-old man, who is accused of setting fire to several dozen cars with Ukrainian license plates. According to the police press service, since June this year, law enforcement has received numerous complaints about the arson of cars with Ukrainian license plates.
The intent of the criminal was to destroy cars with Ukrainian license plates, but, as noted, he set fire to cars with Polish license plates. Law enforcement has identified individuals involved in the arsons and detained one of them - a 42-year-old resident of Gdansk. During a search of their apartment, they found substances intended for the manufacture of explosives. The wrongdoer has been charged with the destruction of property, and he faces imprisonment for up to five years. The court has already made a decision to apply a preventive measure in the form of a three-month detention.
In Poland, there have been recorded cases of arson of cars with Ukrainian license plates, and now the detained person may go to prison for the crimes committed.
