President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky stated during his speech at the World Economic Forum in Davos that he intends to end the war by 2025. He emphasized the importance of a just peace and a reliable security system in Europe.
The president also noted that he had spoken with U.S. President Donald Trump, who is also ready to help end the conflict.
Ukraine needs real security guarantees to protect all of Europe, - Zelensky
Zelensky stressed that only real security guarantees for Ukraine can ensure the protection of all of Europe. He pointed out that Europe must be strong, and for that, the EU and NATO are necessary.
The president also called for a just end to Russia's war against Ukraine, which is impossible without Ukraine's participation.
Europe must invest in the production of Ukrainian drones, - Zelensky
The President of Ukraine expressed particular attention to military-industrial cooperation between European countries. He noted that by investing in the production of Ukrainian drones, Europe is investing not only in its own security but also in its ability to become a guarantor of security in other regions.
Zelensky also called for the creation of a joint air defense system in Europe and ensuring reliable protection against all types of missiles or threats. The president believes that Europe needs its own 'Iron Dome.'
