The meeting in 'Ramstein' format in February is confirmed.
Zelensky also discussed urgent military support issues with the Italian side. He confirmed the importance of Italian-French air defense systems and agreed on the supply of missiles. The head of state also expressed hope for Italy's active participation in restoring Ukrainian historical heritage.
Zelensky's speech at the 'Ramstein' meeting was dedicated to ending the war and strengthening Ukraine's defensive potential. The president called for an end to the war this year and a tightening of sanctions against the Russian energy sector.
In the context of these events, Zelensky suggested considering the placement of military contingents from partner countries on the territory of Ukraine as an effective mechanism to deter Russian aggression, emphasizing the support for this initiative from the United Kingdom.
