Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the citizens with a speech dedicated to the 937th day of the full-scale war. In his address, he congratulated the rescuers on their professional holiday.

Meetings on the Victory Plan and the F-16 fleet

Zelensky held a meeting where important steps regarding the military content of the Victory Plan for Ukraine were discussed. He also announced that a "good, strong content for the military package" had been prepared, which could help strengthen the country's positions.

In addition, there was a meeting regarding the fleet of F-16 fighters. The President noted that there is a "clear understanding of the steps" aimed at increasing the number of combat aircraft in Ukraine and speeding up pilot training.

Ministries' work strategies

The head of state also listened to new work strategies from the Ministry of Community and Territory Development and the Ministry of Veterans Affairs. Zelensky emphasized the importance of ensuring that citizens "really feel the results of the ministries' and government's work as a whole".

Situation in Sumy region after Russian strikes

The President received reports on the situation in the Sumy region after Russian strikes on energy facilities. He thanked everyone who participated in the restoration work.

Thanks to rescuers

On Rescuer's Day, Volodymyr Zelensky personally recognized several DSNS employees who have particularly distinguished themselves recently. Among them are rescuers from Kharkiv, Donetsk, Sumy, and Kherson regions, as well as DSNS sappers.
