Zelensky deprived traitors of Ukraine of state awards
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decree depriving 34 individuals who betrayed Ukraine of state awards. Among them are former officials, members of parliament, heads of the Security Service and the Prosecutor General's Office, prosecutors, artists, and Russian political, religious, and cultural figures. All of them have been deprived of state awards of Ukraine indefinitely.
Russian troops shot captured soldiers in Donetsk region
Near Vuhledar in the Donetsk region, Russian troops shot five captured soldiers of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. This war crime occurred on October 2, when Russians attacked Ukrainian positions. During the attack, the occupiers captured five unarmed Ukrainian soldiers. One of the captives was killed by Russians in a forest belt, while four others were shot under the aim of automatic weapons.
The USA is ready to help Ukraine
The United States is trying to provide maximum assistance to Ukraine. According to reports from The New York Times, there is a proposal to return nuclear weapons to Ukraine. Joe Biden has already allowed the use of Atacms missiles for strikes against Russia, as well as American anti-personnel mines. Some American officials suggest that Biden may return nuclear weapons to Ukraine that were removed after the collapse of the USSR.
Ukraine will receive funding from the World Bank
The Cabinet of Ministers has made a decision that will allow Ukraine to receive $4.8 billion from the World Bank for social and humanitarian programs. Since the beginning of the Russian invasion, Ukraine has received more than $100 billion in external funding.
North Korean soldiers in the Kharkiv direction
Ukrainian soldiers have noticed North Korean soldiers in the Kharkiv direction. They are likely planning to conduct assault actions. The commander of the combined unit of the 153rd separate mechanized brigade, Nazar Kyiak, believes that the occupiers are waiting for worsening weather conditions to carry out an attack.
