According to ТСН: In the evening, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky arrived on a visit to Warsaw, the capital of Poland. This was reported by the President's Office, which published a corresponding video.
The published footage shows President Zelensky descending the staircase from the plane and stepping onto the red carpet laid out for him. After that, he greeted the representatives of the Polish delegation who welcomed him.
Meeting Plan in Poland
On Friday, the President of Ukraine intends to meet with the President of Poland, Karol Nawrocki. Previously, the Polish leader stated that this meeting could become a 'new beginning of relations' between the two countries 'with respect to Poland's strategic interests'.
A few days before the visit, the Polish President's Office outlined the topics planned for discussion at the meeting with Volodymyr Zelensky.
It is recalled that the Polish leader noted that there is a 'lack of symmetry' in the relations between Poland and Ukraine, and they need to be made more realistic and partnership-oriented.
This visit takes place against the backdrop of important diplomatic activity between Ukraine and Poland. It is expected that the meeting will provide new impetus for cooperation between the countries, considering the strategic interests of both parties. It is important to note that interaction between neighbors can have a decisive impact in the current conditions, particularly in the context of security and economic development.
