According to Novyny.live: Speaking at the Forum for Talented Youth in Kyiv on January 23, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy emphasized the critical role of the United States within NATO for the Alliance's security. He stated that NATO cannot fulfill its functions without American participation.
'Without the United States of America, this Alliance... it is not NATO,' Zelenskyy stressed.
