According to UATV: Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy commented on the new composition of the Russian delegation at the peace talks in Abu Dhabi. He stated on January 30 that a date for the next meeting with the Russian Federation is not yet known, despite a previously anticipated meeting scheduled for February 1. Zelenskyy also expressed the view that the outcome of the negotiations depends on the position of Russian President Vladimir Putin.

"I do not know when the next meeting will be. It was supposed to be on Sunday [February 1]," he said.

"Ultimately, the result depends on Putin. That is how their system works."
