Zelensky: Russia must truly feel that war is worse than peace.

During the 1197th day of war, Ukraine's President Volodymyr Zelensky held a number of important talks with international partners and representatives from different countries. During a conversation with Finnish President Stub, the possibilities of diplomatic cooperation were highlighted. A meeting with German Chancellor Merz took place, during which the update of the agreements made during the meeting in Berlin was discussed. Zelensky emphasized the importance of ending the conflict and establishing peace in Europe. Today, a 'Ramstein' meeting was held, which is a format for supporting cooperation with partners. The meeting addressed the issues of joint defense production to ensure long-term security and guarantees for Europe.

"It is necessary to strengthen sanctions against Russian oil trade and provide sustainable defense support to Ukraine," Zelensky noted.

The President emphasized the importance of understanding the post-war foundations for Ukraine's development and creating economic opportunities for partners. Zelensky also assessed the results of a large-scale defense operation by the Security Service on Russian territory, during which 41 Russian military aircraft were destroyed.
