Chinese satellites help Russia strike at Ukraine's energy sector: intelligence data.

According to ТСН: The Russian armed forces are using data from space intelligence obtained from Chinese sources for precise attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure.

This information was announced by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, summarizing the report from the head of the Foreign Intelligence Service, Oleg Ivashchenko.

“In particular, we are observing an increase in Russia's connections with those entities in China that can provide space intelligence data. Unfortunately, there have been correlations between the imaging of Ukrainian territory by Chinese satellites and Russian strikes on relevant energy facilities. We view such cases as activities that allow Russia to prolong the war and make diplomatic approaches less serious,” said the president.

Zelensky also noted that the intelligence report highlighted two other critical areas. Intelligence received new data about the presence of dangerous complexes in the neighboring country. The president called this a serious risk and a “global threat,” ordering the creation of joint response options with partners.

In addition, he added that Russian energy companies are trying to bypass sanctions by using fictitious schemes and changing ownerships.

“Other temporary owners are being involved, a lot of fictitious legal schemes. We are tracking all this and will communicate with partners to ensure that pressure works and that Russia cannot earn money for the war through such manipulations,” said Zelensky.

The result of massive strikes by Russia has been significant damage to energy infrastructure and new large-scale power outages in several regions of Ukraine, resulting in scheduled hourly outages.

Earlier, Zelensky revealed details of a secret peace plan consisting of 20 points for the first time. It was also noted that in the event of a peace treaty being signed between Ukraine, the USA, Russia, and Europe, mobilization may be canceled or implemented partially.

This information once again highlights the difficult situation in Ukraine, where military actions continue, and external factors, such as support from China and Russia's manipulations with energy, influence strategic decisions. The President of Ukraine emphasizes the importance of international cooperation for effective responses to the threats arising from these Ukrainian-Russian conflicts.
