Zelensky spoke about the role of modern technologies in the war against the occupiers.
Drones are an important tool in the fight against the occupiers
The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelensky, stated that unmanned aerial vehicles have become one of the most important means in the fight against the occupiers. They are successfully used both on the front lines and in the enemy's rear. According to the president, drones have already changed the course of the war, saved the lives of Ukrainian soldiers, and compensated for the lack of artillery and other weapons.
'Drones not only help us defend ourselves but also effectively destroy the occupiers. I am grateful to everyone who works to ensure that the advantage in this area is on Ukraine's side. These are the people who manufacture, supply, train operators, and seek new technical solutions for our army,' Zelensky noted in his address.
According to the president, work on the development of drone technologies continues, as they play an important role in achieving Ukraine's goals. The production of drones, their modernization, and implementation in the army are strategic areas that enhance the country's defense capabilities.
Zelensky also confirmed Ukraine's commitment to expanding its capabilities in the field of drone technologies. The president called for an increase in this work to ensure that modern solutions contribute to the protection of people and ensure victory.
Earlier, Zelensky announced new meetings and negotiations aimed at strengthening air defense.
