Zelensky created the Odesa military administration: who will lead and what changes.
According to inkorr.com: President Volodymyr Zelensky has made the decision to establish the Odesa City Military Administration, which will be located in the Odesa district of the Odesa region. Sergey Lysak, who previously headed the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration, will lead the new administration. This decision takes effect upon the publication of decree No. 789/2025.
