According to UATV: On June 28, 2023, during the celebration of the 30th anniversary of Ukraine's Constitution, President Volodymyr Zelensky unveiled a new state award: the Order of Europe. This decoration will recognize individuals for outstanding personal contributions to advancing Ukraine's strategic path toward European Union membership, as well as for strengthening international cooperation in support of democracy, peace, and good neighborly relations.
