Ukraine's Team for Trilateral Negotiations

According to Novyny.live: President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has formally approved the composition of the Ukrainian delegation for trilateral talks scheduled for January 23 in Abu Dhabi. The decision was enacted through Decree No. 72/2026, which officially names the participants for this significant diplomatic meeting.

Rustem Umerov, the Secretary of Ukraine's National Security and Defense Council, has been appointed to lead the delegation. The full delegation roster includes the following officials:

  • Kyrylo Budanov, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine;
  • David Arakhamia, a People's Deputy of Ukraine;
  • Oleksandr Bevz, an Advisor to the President's Cabinet;
  • Andrii Hnatov, Chief of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine;
  • Oleh Ivashchenko, Chief of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine;
  • Serhii Kyslytsia, First Deputy Head of the Office of the President;
  • Yevhenii Ostrianskyi, First Deputy Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine;
