A Woman from Vinnytsia Poured a Bucket of Waste on Her Neighbor: Court Issued a Ruling.
A resident of Kozyatyn in the Vinnytsia region poured a bucket of waste on her neighbor. She was fined.
This is stated in the ruling made by the Kozyatyn District Court of Vinnytsia region on June 2.
Case Details
According to court materials, on April 29, the accused splashed waste from a bucket on her neighbor in the entrance of the apartment building. The reason for such an act was a long-standing feud between the women. To hold the perpetrator accountable, the victim filed a lawsuit in court.
Court Decision
The accused did not appear at the hearing, explaining that no one has the right to judge her. The woman was found guilty of petty hooliganism (Article 173 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses). For her actions, she is to pay a fine of 51 hryvnias and compensate for court expenses of 605 hryvnias and 60 kopecks.
As a reminder, in Poltava region, a woman was tried for biting a police sergeant on the shoulder. She was sentenced to one year of conditional imprisonment.
We also reported that in Kharkiv, a serviceman struck a policewoman. For his actions, he will spend three years in prison.
