This process, however, is initiated solely by the Territorial Recruitment Center (TCC). For a woman in a medical field to be registered, she must first receive a summons from her local TCC.

Attorney Yuriy Aivazian emphasizes that a woman should not go to the TCC on her own to arrange registration. The employer's role in this process is strictly limited. An employer can only confirm that a woman is employed at a hospital or clinic. As the lawyer states,

"Your employer cannot send you from work to register for the military,"
