According to Novyny.live: A 42-year-old man from the Luhansk region, originally from Zorynsk, has been convicted of high treason. In February 2022, he voluntarily joined the 4th Separate Motorized Rifle Brigade of the 2nd Army Corps of the people's militia. From that point until October 2022, he actively participated in combat operations against Ukraine's Defense Forces.
Court Ruling
The court handed down a life sentence, with the additional penalty of confiscating all of the convict's property. The ruling can be appealed within 30 days.
