UAF had success near Vuhledar - ISW maps.

According to the Institute for the Study of War, Russian troops advanced northwest of Kreminna and southeast of Chasiv Yar, Toretsk, and Kurakhove. Ukrainian forces also successfully attacked near Vuhledar and Velika Novosilka.

UAF Operation in Kursk Region

In the Kursk region, Russian troops advanced during battles with Ukrainian forces that took place on November 21.

Operational information indicates that Russian troops made slight advances west of Spalni.

It is also reported that during a strike by Ukrainian troops on a Russian command post in Mayno, Kursk region, a North Korean general was wounded.

Russian President Vladimir Putin confirmed this strike but claimed that the commanders were not harmed. According to other sources, 18 Russian soldiers were killed, including three North Korean servicemen.

Kharkiv Region

In the Kharkiv area, offensive operations were conducted, but Russian troops did not make any advances.

Spokesperson for the Kharkiv grouping of the UAF reported on changing weather conditions, which complicate the actions of the occupiers, and facilitate observation of enemy movements.

Luhansk Region

Russian troops advanced northwest of Kreminna and in the center of Terny. They also struck in various directions towards Kupiansk and the city of Krasnodon region.

Donetsk Region

No combat actions occurred in the Sever direction.

Kherson region was shelled by Russian forces, but the front line remained stable.

The enemy carried out many attacks and shellings on UAF positions and civilian objects. A total of 174 combat engagements were repelled.
