The Armed Forces of Ukraine showed the trajectory of a bomb dropped by the Russians on a sanatorium in Sudja.
Confirmed facts regarding the airstrike in the Kursk region
The Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine published undeniable evidence that the airstrike on the sanatorium in the city of Sudja in the Kursk region was carried out by Russian aviation. According to the "Virazh-tablet" system, the trajectory of the guided aerial bomb clearly indicates launch from the territory of the Russian Federation.
"Traditionally, numerous Russian public pages blame Ukraine for the strike. It won't work! There is undeniable evidence and results of objective control that the strike was carried out by Russian tactical aviation," emphasized the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
The incident and its consequences
The incident occurred on February 1, 2025, around 18:00, when Russian tactical aviation attacked a three-story building in Sudja, where 86 civilians and four Ukrainian police officers were present. As a result of the strike, four people died, and another four were seriously injured. The remaining 80 civilians were unharmed.
The injured with severe wounds were promptly evacuated to stabilization points for medical assistance, with subsequent transportation to Ukrainian hospitals.
According to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, "in the course of clearing debris, medical assistance was provided to 84 civilians, whose health condition is satisfactory, 4 are in serious condition, and another 4 people died."
Responsibility of the Russian Federation and manipulations concerning the facts
Despite the obvious evidence, the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation is trying to shift the responsibility onto the Ukrainian side, claiming that the strike was carried out by missiles from the Sumy region. However, control systems clearly recorded that the aerial bomb was launched from the territory of Russia, once again confirming the characteristic handwriting of the Russian military – attacks on civilian objects, this Time directed against their own peaceful population.
Earlier, on February 1, Russia struck Poltava, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv: there are casualties, and several regions were left without electricity.
