'The service company is inefficient. The queues are huge, the schedule is strict, and the weekends are completely off. We need assistance, not more bureaucracy,' the journalist explained.

Residents of the damaged building cannot obtain a clear plan regarding the necessary repair works and the future of the building due to the lack of conclusions from the relevant services.

It has been reported that due to the missile strike on Kyiv on July 31, 2025, 32 people lost their lives.
