David Duloglo Claims a New Ukrainian Record

According to TSN.ua: Four-year-old David Duloglo from Odesa has officially set a Ukrainian national record by completing 1,150 squats in one hour and five minutes without stopping. He is now the youngest child to achieve such a feat, with his accomplishment formally certified by representatives of Ukraine's National Register of Records. This remarkable display of endurance highlights the growing culture of youth athletics in the country.

The Athletic Duloglo Family

David is not the only young athlete in his family. His seven-year-old sister, Milana, has also posted impressive results, performing 1,177 squats in just 38 minutes without a break. Both children are coached by their father, Ruslan Duloglo, whose guidance is clearly a key factor in their successes.

These achievements follow other recent youth records, such as that set by 12-year-old Andrii Birtsiv, who established a Ukrainian kettlebell sport record by performing 41 lifts with two 8-kilogram kettlebells in 60 seconds.

“David is little, and the smallest thing can distract him. Even if the phone rings—he might switch his focus.” — Svitlana Duloglo

The records set by the Duloglo children point to positive trends in the development of youth sports in Ukraine and underscore the importance of physical activity. The family serves as an example of how parental support and proper training can lead to significant athletic achievements. Accomplishments like these have the power to motivate other children to embrace sports and an active lifestyle.
