KMIС Survey: 41% of Ukrainians Are Ready to Fight as Long as Necessary.
According to inkorr.com: The research conducted by the Kyiv International Institute of Sociology has shown that the majority of Ukrainians are ready to endure the war for as long as it takes. Even among those who hope for a quick resolution to the conflict, 41% are prepared to tolerate any duration of the war.
Against the backdrop of increased negotiating efforts by the current US administration, some foreign observers believe that the war in Ukraine may end soon. However, the survey showed that Ukrainians are far from such optimism, willing to endure the war longer than one might expect.
According to the survey results, only 18% of respondents believe that the war will end by the end of 2025. Meanwhile, 32% believe that the conflict will last more than two more years, and 25% cannot determine how much longer the war will last.
Conclusion
This survey reflects a high willingness among Ukrainians to endure the war, despite hopes for its quick end. Most respondents also oppose any territorial concessions, emphasizing the steadfastness of their position on this issue.
