Payment of fines for ignoring a summons in 'Rezerv+' — what we know

Lawyer Oleg Leontiev explained this on the RanoK.LIVE broadcast on Tuesday, August 12.

As a reminder, at the beginning of July this year, a service for paying fines for violations of military registration became available in the 'Rezerv+' application. Initially, it was possible to pay a fine for the untimely clarification of data. Recently, the option to pay a fine for another violation — failure to appear for a summons — was added.

However, the military lawyer noted that paying a fine for failing to appear for a summons in 'Rezerv+' is possible only after admitting guilt.

The lawyer explained that after paying the fine, the person is removed from the list of those obligated to appear at the TCK and SP or at the National Police (previously referred to as 'wanted').

According to him, this allows a person to exercise their right to work reservation. Since, if a person is wanted — they cannot exercise this right.

'After a person pays the fine, they should be excluded from among those obligated to appear at the National Police and TCK. Thus, this person has the right to take advantage of the work reservation if they are employed. If a person is wanted, they cannot exercise this right'
