Japan will transfer 3 billion dollars to Ukraine from the revenues of frozen Russian assets.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky announced this after a conversation with Japan's Prime Minister Shigeru Ishiba. Zelensky congratulated Ishiba on his election as head of the government and thanked the Japanese people for the extensive humanitarian and financial assistance totaling 12 billion dollars, which is saving the lives of thousands of people.
