Drone Attack Hits Oil Refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban
According to TSN.ua: An overnight drone attack struck an oil refinery in Slavyansk-on-Kuban on January 26. The assault ignited fires at the refinery and another industrial facility. One person was wounded and required hospitalization.
Debris from the downed drones also damaged three residential houses. According to Russia's Defense Ministry, air defenses intercepted 40 drones during the incident, with 34 of them shot down over the Krasnodar region. This region, a key agricultural and industrial hub in southern Russia, has seen repeated strikes on its energy infrastructure. This is not the first such incident; on the night of January 21, drone wreckage also fell on the territory of the Afipsky oil refinery.
