Russia Offers the US a Deal

Russia has proposed that the US obtain ownership rights to minerals located in temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing NBC News.

According to the publication, high-ranking aides to Putin discussed this idea with American officials last week in Saudi Arabia. The possibility of granting the US access to minerals in the occupied territories of Donetsk and Zaporizhia regions was discussed. It is emphasized that the United States has not accepted the agreement, but also has not rejected it.

Trump previously stated that a deal regarding minerals with Russia could be achieved. Putin has also expressed readiness to give the US access to rare minerals in occupied territories of Ukraine.

US and Russia Cooperation in the Arctic

The US and Russia discussed cooperation issues in the Arctic during recent negotiations, as both countries share common interests in this region. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing Bloomberg.

It is noted that issues of exploring natural resources and trade routes were discussed at the meeting. According to one source, the US is also considering the possibility of cooperating with Russia in the field of energy resource exploration.

Air Defense in Kyiv

In Kyiv, an air raid alert was declared at 23:15. The air forces warned of the threat of unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) in Kyiv and the regions where the alert was also declared.

At 4:17, Kyiv mayor Vitali Klitschko reported that air defense forces were active in the capital regarding hostile UAVs.

Lieutenant Colonel Bohdan 'Tavr' Krotovich is leaving his position as head of the staff of the 12th Special Purpose Brigade 'Azov'. Krotovich thanked his unit and shared his future plans. This was reported by 'Glavkom' citing his Telegram channel.

'Well, let's be honest. First of all, I thank the 'Azov' unit, the team, and in particular the commander, Colonel Denys Prokopenko for the years we have gone through together, for the battles and challenges we have overcome. I have never seen so many of the best sons and daughters of Ukraine as in 'Azov', and I am sure I will not see them anywhere else' - Krotovich wrote.

According to him, he became who he is thanks to his unit and the people with whom he spent more than ten years. Krotovich stated that he would not enter politics but would remain in the military sector. For now without details, but over Time 'Tavr' promised to share more.
