Lithuania on Russia's Attacks: It is a calculated terror campaign, not a step towards peace

According to ТСН: Lithuania's Foreign Minister, Kęstutis Budrys, characterized Russia's nighttime attacks on Ukrainian cities as a deliberately planned terror campaign and not a step towards peace.

He emphasized that Ukraine urgently needs strong support from the international community to ensure its security.

“Putin continues to refuse to stop the killings, and the pressure on Russia remains inadequate. This is not the behavior of a state interested in ending the war. It is a calculated terror campaign and escalation,” Budrys noted.

The minister stressed that peace is only possible through decisive action.

“There is no time for hesitation. The time to act has come — and it is long overdue,” he added.
