Lviv Under Attack: March 24, 2023

According to TSN.ua: On March 24, 2023, the city of Lviv was hit by a wave of Russian Shahed drones that targeted residential buildings and critical infrastructure. The attack left more than 30 people injured—the initial count was 13, but that figure later climbed to 22.

The assault caused severe damage: 17 apartments were completely destroyed, and 19 homes in the Sykhiv district were damaged. The deliberate targeting of residential areas sparked alarm among local residents and officials alike.

Lviv Mayor Andriy Sadovyi expressed his outrage over the intentional strike on homes, stating: 'In all my years, I have never seen anything like this. Today, residential buildings and the very heart of Lviv were deliberately attacked.'
