How Biletsky takes care of his warriors

The commander explained that he focuses on the well-being of his soldiers, particularly on quality nutrition, living conditions, and proper equipment. He also noted the importance of ideology for the fighters.

'Regardless of how a person ends up in war, they face the question of their own mortality. At such moments, material incentives lose weight, as no one is ready to die for money. In the toughest moments, a person must identify themselves as a warrior, turn to military brotherhood, and dedicate themselves to a mission that is higher than themselves,'

The material also noted that the Third Assault Brigade is currently one of the most effective units of the Ukrainian army. Therefore, its officers and sergeants share their experience with other servicemen.

'At a time when other units have problems with personnel selection and recruits, while brigades are incomplete, exhausted, and have lost morale, our unit remains at full strength and even grows. Where others retreat during battles in the areas of Pokrovsk and Kostiantynivka, our warriors hold positions near Lyman and Izium,'
