Boxer Oleksandr Usyk detained at Krakow airport: Wife's comment.
Ukrainian MP and first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee on Youth and Sports, Zhan Beleniuk, reported that boxer Oleksandr Usyk was arrested at Krakow airport. He published this information in the evening of September 17, 2024.
"Oleksandr Usyk was arrested at Krakow airport. Circumstances are being clarified," Beleniuk wrote on social media, adding a video to the message.
The boxer's wife, Kateryna Usyk, responded to this situation on social media: "Everything is fine, everything is good! Nothing criminal. Oleksandr will explain everything later."
Let us remind you that in May of this year, Usyk became the undisputed world boxing champion in the heavyweight category - the first in the 21st century.
