Living with Gigantomastia: A British Woman's Life with 34NN Breasts
According to TSN.ua: Tianna Moon, a 30-year-old woman from the UK, lives with the rare condition of gigantomastia, which has caused her breasts to grow abnormally to a 34NN size. This disorder, characterized by excessive breast tissue growth, is documented in only about 300 cases worldwide. The condition's physical burden led to a head injury that ultimately forced Tianna to stop working. Gigantomastia is an extremely rare medical disorder that can cause severe physical and psychological challenges.
After losing her job, Tianna Moon began working on the OnlyFans platform in 2021, where she now earns approximately £10,000 per month. Despite her efforts to lose weight using Mounjaro injections, her breasts have continued to grow. She has managed to lose over 31 kg, but this weight loss has not halted the increase in her breast tissue.
Surgery Plans and Types of Gigantomastia
Tianna plans to undergo breast reduction surgery, believing it will 'protect her back and prevent future pain.' In November 2025, she had bariatric surgery to improve her overall health. Gigantomastia, also known as breast hypertrophy or macromastia, has four primary types:
- Juvenile
- Gestational
- Drug-induced
- Idiopathic
Tianna Moon's situation highlights the complex difficulties faced by those with rare medical conditions and underscores the critical need for accessible healthcare and support. The different types of gigantomastia often require highly individualized treatment plans, making such cases particularly challenging to manage. Her decision to pursue breast reduction surgery reflects a determined effort to improve her quality of life and address the serious health issues associated with her condition.
