"I believe that the best negotiators from Ukraine can be Lieutenant General Vasyl Malyuk and Lieutenant General Kyrylo Budanov," Yarosh noted, emphasizing that these two combat generals have repeatedly demonstrated their ability to act in the interests of national security.
