An Appeal to the International Community

According to Novyny.live: On July 3, Kyrylo Budanov—head of the Office of the President of Ukraine—issued a call via his Facebook page for global partners to intensify both their support for Ukraine and their pressure on Russia. He stressed that such actions are essential to saving lives and curbing the ongoing terror caused by repeated Russian strikes. His statement came as Kyiv observed a day of mourning following yet another terrorist attack by Moscow.

Budanov highlighted that Russia launches daily assaults on frontline regions and rear cities, inflicting heavy civilian casualties.

“The world must understand: support for Ukraine must increase, and so must pressure on the aggressor,” he declared.
Speaking at the Forum of Unity, he emphasized that the unity of the Ukrainian people remains the key condition for preserving the state.

A Response to Aggression

Furthermore, Budanov warned that no crime against Ukraine will go unpunished.

“Every criminal strike on our cities has a specific author and executors. Terror will not change the course of the war. It will only increase the price the enemy will pay for its choice. Our response will be inevitable,” he asserted.
In his address, he also welcomed the adoption of a law establishing the Ukrainian National Pantheon, underscoring the importance of honoring those who died fighting for independence.

Budanov’s appeal to the international community underscores the urgent need for bolstered support for Ukraine amid the ongoing military conflict. His remarks make clear that international assistance is critically important for ensuring the safety and protection of civilians. As Russian terrorist attacks escalate, the unity and resilience of the Ukrainian people—along with a readiness to respond to aggression—become ever more vital for preserving the country’s independence.
