According to ТСН: Former MP and now soldier of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Tetiana Chornovol expressed her readiness to accept the former head of the President's Office Andriy Yermak into her unit.

On her Facebook page, she noted that if Yermak really wants to be at the front, he can start a new life as an 'ordinary fighter without a past'.

'I am ready to take Yermak into my squad. I am not being ironic or sarcastic. I genuinely need fighters; I am really lacking them. My conditions are good. I take care of my people, respect them, everyone can find work according to their abilities. We are a small squad, cut off from the whole world, living only by our basements-positions and our combat work, with no contacts and publicity. We are only engaged in war, no politics. So if Yermak really wants to go to the front and truly fight, I will take him in,' she stated.

According to her, 'Andriy Yermak will be an ordinary fighter without a past. He will be able to find himself, as if in another life, like in a parallel reality'.

What preceded

Only a few hours after being dismissed from the head of the President's Office, Andriy Yermak announced his intention to go to the front.

He reported this in a comment to The New York Post.

Yermak believes that his dignity was not protected, despite staying in Ukraine since February 2022. He noted that he 'doesn't want to create problems for Zelensky' and plans to go to the front.

At the same time, he did not specify when and how exactly he intends to do this.

Before Andriy Yermak's resignation, searches were conducted by NABU and SAP, but the official reason for his dismissal was not announced.

Thus, Tetiana Chornovol's statement highlights the tension in Ukrainian politics and the military sphere, especially in the context of the circumstances that prompted Andriy Yermak to leave his position. His decision to go to the front is part of a larger picture in which political figures strive to contribute to the efforts to defend the country in these difficult times.
