A nightmare night for Sofia Nersesyan

According to ТСН: The night of January 9 turned into a real nightmare for Ukraine's representative at the Junior Eurovision-2025 Sofia Nersesyan.

During a massive attack by Russian drones and missiles on Kyiv, an enemy UAV hit the house where the young singer lived with her family. Sofia shared the ordeal on Instagram, posting horrifying footage from the site of the strike. The photos show damaged ceilings, broken windows, scattered debris, and a destroyed yard. After the attack, the building lost electricity, and the singer's emotions were vivid and painful.

“I hate you, bastards”

Later, Sofia posted another photo of the aftermath of the strike, admitting that this experience would leave a scar forever. Fortunately, she and her family members miraculously survived.

“It was the scariest night of my life”

It should be noted that on the night of January 9, Kyiv experienced one of the most powerful attacks in recent times. According to the State Emergency Service, four people were killed in the shelling, and over 20 were injured, including rescuers. More than 30 people were found alive under the rubble. The mayor of the capital, Vitali Klitschko, reported that as a result of the enemy attack, there were problems with electricity and water supply in several areas of the city.

This event underscores the heavy consequences of the ongoing war in Ukraine and the horrific conditions that civilians find themselves in. Sofia Nersesyan, like many others, witnessed the senseless violence and terrible reality that does not choose its victims. It is now crucial to support those affected and remind of the necessity for peace in the country.
