According to inkorr.com: DTEK has made changes to the electricity outage schedules for November 7 for the capital city and the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa regions. Information about this appeared on DTEK's Telegram channel and was spread based on information from
"Glavkom".

In the Dnipropetrovsk region, planned electricity outages may last throughout the day.
