According to inkorr.com: DTEK has made changes to the electricity outage schedules for November 7 for the capital city and the Kyiv, Dnipropetrovsk, and Odesa regions. Information about this appeared on DTEK's Telegram channel and was spread based on information from
"Glavkom".
