The patrol crew came under fire in Sloviansk.
On November 14, a patrolman was injured as a result of shelling by Russian troops in Sloviansk, Donetsk region. This was reported by the Patrol Police of Ukraine.
This morning, the enemy targeted Sloviansk in the Donetsk region. During patrolling on General Batyuk Street, the patrol crew came under fire.
According to the police, one patrolman suffered a leg injury. He is currently under the supervision of medical personnel.
A service vehicle was also damaged.
Earlier, it was reported that Russian troops killed a civilian in the Lyman community of the Donetsk region. According to preliminary data, on November 10, Russian troops opened fire on the outskirts of the village of Terni at a civilian who was walking down the street and was killed as a result of the shelling.
It has also become known that Russia is killing Ukrainian prisoners of war to intimidate its soldiers and demonstrate its disregard for international humanitarian law. This was stated by the Commissioner for Human Rights, Dmytro Lubinets, in a comment to 'Radio Liberty.' He also added that the Russian Federation is trying to intimidate its soldiers so that they do not surrender and convinces them that Ukrainians execute them. According to the Ombudsman, the Russian side is trying to demonstrate the ineffectiveness of international humanitarian law.
