Former Head of the Ukrainian Government Assessed the Agreement on Subsoil Use with the USA.
The Trump administration officially recognized that Russia started a war against Ukraine. The head of the Kyiv Security Forum, Arseniy Yatsenyuk, emphasized that this is the first time the Trump administration has officially acknowledged this fact.
