According to TSN.ua: Ukraine is in the process of digitizing all paper employment record books, with a mandatory completion deadline set for June 10, 2026. Under the provisions of Law No. 1217-IX, citizens must digitize every page of their physical employment book, along with any documents confirming work experience acquired before 2004. Despite the automated entry of post-2004 data, individuals are still required to verify and submit their full records to ensure information is complete and accurate.
