Luxury estates, real estate in Croatia. What is known about the property of the former MSEC doctor from Khmelnytskyi.
The doctor from Khmelnytskyi MSEC and her husband declared income significantly lower than the value of their assets
Ala Kindzerska, a former doctor of the Medical-Social Expert Commission (MSEC) in Khmelnytskyi, and her husband reported an official annual income in 2023 in the amount of 48 thousand USD, but their property turned out to be much more expensive. This was reported by Hromadske.
'Ala Kindzerska has been working as a doctor in a district hospital. In 2023, she received 25.5 thousand hryvnias a month at MSEC, and an additional 21 thousand hryvnias in her position as a doctor at the 'Forest Song' sanatorium near Kamianets-Podilskyi. Additionally, in 2023, the woman sold a car for 500 thousand hryvnias' - we read in the article.
Ali's husband, Serhii Kindzersky, worked in the Social Insurance Fund Management in case of temporary incapacity for work in the Khmelnytskyi region and earned 38 thousand hryvnias a month.
The man received insurance benefits and a pension for the last five years, despite not reaching the retirement age yet. Journalists found out that he was receiving social assistance due to injuries from a road accident and a pension since 2014 due to a military-related illness.
The Kindzerskys' assets
It turned out that Ala Kindzerska and her husband own the 'Forest Song' sanatorium, where she works as a doctor. In 2023, the sanatorium earned 18.5 million hryvnias, of which 13.5 million came from the sale of vouchers to the state.
Serhii Kindzersky owns two plots of land and a nearly 300 m² house in an elite region near Khmelnytskyi, worth about 115 thousand USD. In July 2024, he also bought a 2023 Volkswagen Touareg for over 80 thousand USD.
Next to the family home, there was a registered 2023 Volkswagen ID.4 Crozz worth about 30 thousand USD, officially belonging to the sanatorium. Kindzersky claims that this vehicle is used by the facility's staff.
The Kindzerskys' daughter, Olena, owns a 220 m² house in a gated community near Khmelnytskyi. Additionally, she has an apartment in the 'Fontanna' residential complex in her name, which she bought for 95 thousand USD. In 2018, Ala Kindzerska bought two apartments in the center of Kamianets-Podilskyi.
In 2023, Ala received a donated plot of land with adjacent property in Cynadiyiv, valued at 400 thousand hryvnias. Additionally, she has a cottage for rent in the mountains near Cynadiyiv, which was not included in the declaration.
In 2019, Ala Kindzerska invested in real estate in Croatia, and in 2022, she purchased an apartment in Medulin, where similar properties cost from 230 thousand euros.
The Kindzerskys have 27 thousand euros and 250 thousand USD, 100 thousand euros, and 475 thousand hryvnias in cash in Croatian banks. In Ukrainian banks, they still have half a million hryvnias.
Serhii Kindzersky claims that their family's assets are the result of years of savings: 'I have been working since 1988, and the salary was high enough because I held officer positions'.
We remember that Tatiana Krupa, the head of the Regional MSEC Center in Khmelnytskyi, and her son, the head of the Regional Pension Fund Alexander Krupa, were arrested for illegal enrichment. During the searches near them, almost 6 million USD in cash was found. On October 7, the District Court in Pechersk in Kyiv imposed a preventive measure of temporary detention for 60 days on Tatiana Krupa with the possibility of bail in the amount of over 500 million hryvnias.
The national scandal with the MSECs led to actions against corruption in these commissions. President Volodymyr Zelensky signed a decision to liquidate the MSECs by December 31, 2024, and the Cabinet of Ministers presented a draft law on their liquidation to the Verkhovna Rada.
