This social initiative aims to ensure the population, including small and remote villages as well as front-line areas, has access to essential medicines during the cold season. The list includes means for the treatment and prevention of flu and ARVI, a remedy for a runny nose and nasal congestion, sedatives, ophthalmological agents, medications to lower blood pressure, pain relievers, antipyretics, allergy medications, as well as medications to relieve throat and muscle pain.

How to receive funds for "Winter eSupport":

• Funds can be received via the "Diia" application or directly at the Ukrposhta branch.

• Pensioners and recipients of social payments who receive money through Ukrposhta have already received 1000 hryvnias automatically on the day of pension or social assistance payment.

• Citizens who cannot use the "Diia" application, including people with disabilities or residents of remote locations, can apply at any Ukrposhta branch or through a postal worker from November 18 to December 24 inclusive.

• If you cannot apply in person, call the Ukrposhta hotline: 0 800 300 545 - they will assist you.
