Budanov revealed the sources of unique information: how prostitutes help intelligence.
The head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov, shared who helped obtain unique information. According to him, it involves prostitutes and escorts.
This was stated by Kyrylo Budanov in an interview with Ramina Eskhakzai on Tuesday, August 5.
Unique Information
Budanov noted that intelligence uses various methods to gather necessary data. In particular, it involves prostitutes and escorts.
'You understand how many men sometimes share information to show how powerful they are, as they say. Several unique pieces of information were obtained, specifically from prostitutes', Budanov stated.
'Sleepers'
Budanov also commented on how long a person can remain in the status of a 'sleeper'. He said there is no definitive answer, but there are global practices.
'With proper handling of a conscious agent, their operational time is limited to seven years. This is a global standard. It is considered that a person can typically perform tasks well for up to seven years, after which 'almost guaranteed' failure will occur', Budanov noted.
According to him, there are also those who work for 20 years.
'But statistics show, more universally, not just ours, that more than seven years cannot happen', he added.
It is worth noting that Budanov mentioned that it is easier for Russian special services to recruit men than women.
Additionally, the head of the GUR reported how much time it takes to master the profession of an intelligence officer. According to him, it depends on the individual.
Kyrylo Budanov discussed the use of various methods by intelligence, noting the important role of prostitutes and escorts in obtaining unique information. He also explained issues regarding 'sleepers' and the duration of their work in intelligence.Read also
