The woman admitted her guilt and agreed to the trial without reviewing the evidence. The court took her personal circumstances into account and assigned one year of probation with restitution.
Court Decision
The defendant was ordered to reimburse 26,000 hryvnias and undergo a year of probation. It is important to note that the woman has two minor children and has no criminal history.
The woman, who lied about her place of residence to receive government aid, was found guilty by the court and sentenced to probation and reimbursement of costs. Despite her guilt, the court considered the personal circumstances of the defendant, including the presence of two minor children and her lack of criminal past.
